The room we stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully furnished with modern touches, offering a lovely view. We initially booked a studio room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an apartment, which we truly appreciated. The spa area was spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape after a day of skiing. We indulged in a massage, which was worth every penny. Despite visiting before the ski season, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by offering us a free upgrade and arranging breakfast in our room. the breakfast, itself, was delicious and served at our preferred time. As a seasoned traveler, I have explored numerous hotels in Bansko, and Boutique Hotel Entry undoubtedly stands out for its exceptional value. the quality of the spa, the comfort of the rooms, and the delightful breakfast make it a wise choice for any guest seeking a memorable stay in Bansko. I also highly recommend trying the delectable burgers at the hotel's Garlic restaurant. Overall, Boutique Hotel Entry provides an impressively clean and cozy retreat with outstanding service and excellent amenities.
